Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MADINA HOTEL & RESTAURANT. By accessing our website, booking rooms, ordering food, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MADINA HOTEL & RESTAURANT.

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Important: Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Room Booking Terms

Booking & Confirmation

  • • All bookings are subject to room availability
  • • Booking confirmation will be sent via email
  • • Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • • Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
  • • Valid government-issued ID required at check-in

Payment Terms

  • • Payments are accepted offline (Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer)
  • • No online payment gateway integrated on website currently
  • • Full or partial advance may be required for bookings
  • • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • • Payment confirmation (receipt/screenshot) serves as booking guarantee
  • • UPI payments can be made directly to our registered number

Cancellation Policy

  • • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • • 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before check-in
  • • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in
  • • No-show bookings are non-refundable

Guest Responsibilities

  • • Guests must maintain decorum and respect other guests
  • • Smoking is prohibited in rooms (designated areas available)
  • • Guests are liable for any damage to property
  • • Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly followed
  • • Visitors must register at reception

Food Ordering Terms

Order Placement

  • • Orders are accepted during operational hours only
  • • Menu items and prices subject to availability and change
  • • Minimum order value may apply for delivery
  • • Special dietary requests should be mentioned at checkout
  • • We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion

Delivery Terms

  • • Estimated delivery time: 30-45 minutes (may vary)
  • • Delivery charges apply based on distance
  • • Delivery address must be within our service area
  • • Customer must be available to receive order
  • • We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances

Food Quality & Safety

  • • We follow strict hygiene and food safety standards
  • • Food should be consumed within recommended time
  • • Report any quality issues immediately (photos required)
  • • We are not liable for allergic reactions (allergens listed)

Order Cancellation

  • • Free cancellation within 5 minutes of order placement
  • • Partial refund if order preparation has started
  • • No refund once order is dispatched for delivery
  • • Cancellation must be done through your account or by calling us

Table Reservation Terms

Reservation Policy

  • • Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
  • • Tables held for 15 minutes after reservation time
  • • Confirmation via email/SMS required
  • • Subject to availability; walk-ins accommodated when possible
  • • Large group reservations (10+) require 50% deposit

Guest Count & Seating

  • • Accurate guest count required at booking
  • • Seat availability based on party size
  • • Table changes subject to availability
  • • Special seating requests cannot be guaranteed

Cancellation & Modification

  • • Free cancellation up to 4 hours before reservation
  • • Late cancellations may incur charges for large groups
  • • Modifications subject to availability
  • • No-shows forfeit any deposits paid

Offers & Discounts

  • Promotional offers valid only during specified period
  • One offer per transaction unless otherwise stated
  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue offers without notice
  • Offers are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Usage limits and terms apply to each offer

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MADINA HOTEL & RESTAURANT and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without authorization
  • Modify or create derivative works from our content
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without license

Limitation of Liability

MADINA HOTEL & RESTAURANT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • • Any other matter relating to the service
  • • Force majeure events beyond our control

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu and Kashmir.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
